We organise more than 300 concerts and performances of western orchestras, ensembles, instrumentalists and ballet companies for each year in China, covering more than 25 cities in mainland China, Hong Kong and Macao.

Job Description:
Keep a daily based email exchange with artists for the different series: Piano recitals, Chamber music, Jazz, Orchestra and Choir, Dance and Theater.

Provide support and participate in maintaining department’s files, databases and overall structure.
Contact update and build new company’s customers.
Support in mail drafting and polishing
Client/industry and performing arts market research, analysis and creation of databases.

Requirements:
University degree in a business related field
Passion about art

Native or fluent English speaker, Chinese - basic (not necessary)
Other languages spoken is a plus

High sense of order
Ability to meet deadlines and work under pressure
Ability to work in a team

Start date: IMMEDIATELY
Duration: 3 Months and evaluation for a permanent position at the end.
