Position Description: Sales Representative at Passive Energy Japan Inc.

We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled sales representative to join our team at Passive Energy Japan Inc. The ideal candidate will be responsible for serving as the first point of contact for our customers, promoting our products at events and trade fairs, and developing marketing strategies and concepts for print advertisements.

Key Responsibilities:
Serve as the first point of contact for customers, answering questions and providing information about our products and services
Promote our products at events and trade fairs, using SMS and YouTube to reach a wider audience
Develop marketing strategies and concepts for print advertisements, including designing and creating promotional materials
Stay up to date on industry trends and market conditions, and use this knowledge to inform marketing and sales efforts.

Required specialized knowledge

Sales-minded and communicative person with perfect command in Japanese

Preferred language abilities

Japanese only is also possible, but additional skills in English and German will be a plus.

Preferred skills

Native Japanese speaker or equivalent language skills.Strong communication skills and ability to effectively present information to customers.Interest in housing technology and energy saving.Experience in the home building industry is a plus.
