Description

The Project Manager will take her Pregnancy Leave around end of September. We need support for her time absent.
During her absence, you would need to idenpendantly drive forward the finishing of the project in close communication with the Director of Operations and remotely with the Project Manager.
You will need to join before her leaving to get a full understanding of the project, the company and requirements.
Tasks below vary according to the stage of the project and the absence of the Project Manager.



Understand company working structures and flows for the FSM system

Organizing and preparing necessary data for project(s)

Support to follow-up / remind on open items

Closely work with Project Manager to build-up FSM „views“

Closely work with Service Assistant for data compilation

Continuously check if system meets requirements of Director of Operations, Project Manager, Service Manager and Service Team

Attend meetings with supplier to set the system and communicate with them about internal requirements to adjust settings

Continue to drive project(s)

Required specialized knowledge

First experience with SAP B1 and FSM preferred

Preferred language abilities

Language skills: Good English required, basic Chinese required

Preferred skills

Currently enrolled student at a University with a major of Computer Science Willingness to work on FSM project over several monthAbility to quickly learn new about new tasks and adapt & understand to company structuresOpen personality comfortable working with othersComfortable working in team as well as responsibly working independentlyForeign National with international, logical mindset
