Ace I&M Consulting, is an investment, business development, sales & marketing boutique firm, currently engaged in providing innovative digitalization solutions to Fortune 500 global organizations with a proven implementation track record to Samsung Electronics, HP, Amore Pacific, L’Oréal and many others.

We are looking for a passionate, intelligent, innovative individual who would like to engage and execute global Sales and Marketing strategies and rollout successful campaigns. We offer an extremely hands-on, in-depth work experience, often unavailable at large firms. Traveling and providing consulting services to clients in the US, EU, and Asia are an essential part of the work, and if you like to travel, it would be an added benefit.

Required specialized knowledge

Responsibilities

- Present, promote and sell products/services using solid arguments to existing and prospective customers
- Perform cost-benefit and needs analysis of existing/potential customers to meet their needs
- Establish, develop and maintain positive business and customer relationships
- Reach out to customer leads through cold calling
- Expedite the resolution of customer problems and complaints to maximize satisfaction
- Achieve agreed upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule
- Coordinate sales effort with team members and other departments
- Analyze the territory/market’s potential, track sales and status reports
- Supply management with reports on customer needs, problems, interests, competitive activities, and potential for new products and services.
- Keep abreast of best practices and promotional trends
- Continuously improve through feedback

Preferred language abilities

Fluency English is preferred.

- Proven work experience as a sales representative
- Familiarity with BRM and CRM practices along with ability to build productive business professional relationships
- Highly motivated and target driven with a proven track record in sales
- Understanding of B2B sales and marketing
- Excellent selling, communication and negotiation skills
- Prioritizing, time management and organizational skills
- Ability to create and deliver presentations tailored to the audience needs
- BS/BA degree or equivalent

1. Hiring Conditions
Duration: 3 Months Minimum
If qualified, full time position may be offered after the intern period.
Work Hours : 09:00~18:00 (5 days).
Compensation: 1.8M won and lunch is provided separately
