Description

Your main focus will be:
1. QUALITY FOLLOW UP
 Handling clients' calls and customer care.
 Analyzing feedbacks of clients to improve performance of the company.
 Collaborating closely with operation team to deal with issues on spot.
 Taking corrective actions on short and long term.
 Finding solutions to avoid troubles' renewal.
 Supporting operation on guides’ interviews/training.
 Working on new tools to improve daily tasks.
 Cooperate with Quality Manager to develop training material for the team

2. OPERATION
 Participating in inspection on spot.
 Improve existing guide material for Cambodia Destination (Guide contract; guide report; guide training).
 Screen clients profiles, needs and expectations.
 Contact clients on spot in their mother tongue in case of need.
 Suggest action & plan to improve quality of products and services.
 Follow safety norm on activities and transport.
 Develop processes to improve and support Operation work in partnership with Operation Manager.

Additional information
We are looking for trainees for our office in Siem Reap, Cambodia.
The company will provide visa cost, a monthly allowance of $300, lunch allowance of 2$/working day, 1 additional off day per month, public holidays respected by local staff, 1 bike and mobile phone with local SIM.
The intern should be available to start working from April 2018 - Length of the internship: at least 6 months or longer (possibility of employment after the end of the traineeship).
Working time: 5 full days / week.

Required specialized knowledge

Proficiency in Office package
Good level of written and spoken Englis
Good level of German/Spanish/Italian/French

Preferred language abilities

English and German
Any other language will be an advantage

Preferred skills

Qualifications
 Tourism, Business, Communication, Marketing, Languages background.
 Excel proficiency considered a valuable plus.
 Native or fluent in German and English.
 French/Spanish/Italian would be of advantage, but not a must.
 Strong communication skills.
 Experience in dealing with customers.
 Ability to adapt to different culture, environment and lifestyle.
 Curiosity, passion for travel, proactivity and positive attitude.
