Elec import is a society based in Hong Kong created in 2015 by Florent Paul.
The company is the accomplishment of 10 years working in material equipment sector with 6 years on Asian continent.
Office location take place in China (Shenzhen) and Taiwan, mainly to be close of Asian market finding suitable suppliers in order to produce goods with our specifications and our customer needs.
The company goals are defined by 2 aspects :
• Suppliers selection : market research, fairs, appointment, audit and evaluation of suppliers.
• “Turnkey” for our customer : Quality control, we take charge of everything (files, process, customs…) to customer warehouse.
The job :
Your responsibilities will be to assist the purchaser manager in our office in Shenzhen through those points :
• Factory benchmark.
• Cost breakdown.
• Purchase order follow-up.
• Quality control sheets improvement.
• Sourcing Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) improvement.
Flexible, adaptable to new working environment, good communicant also good in problem solving skill.
Fluent English required and mandarin is strongly recommended.
Business school student with bachelor degree and a first sourcing or purchasing experience. Rigorous, flexible, independent, organized, you use perfectly pack office (Word, Excel (pivot tables and macros), Power Point), comfortable with cloud storage (SharePoint and OneDrive) and with new work methods (online Customer Relationship Management (CRM)…).
