- Excellent communication skills in English and German
- Good skills in a third language is highly appreciable
- Excellent writing skills (blog articles, interviews etc.)
- Pleasant personality, positive attitude, open-minded
- Creativity, autonomy, good organization skills and good sense of product’s evaluation
- Knowledge of data processing (PC and Microsoft Software)
- Flexibility and ability to adapt to new working environments in cross-cultural teams
QUALITY FOLLOW UP
Ensure a good quality follow up: clients, suppliers, products
+ Follow carefully client’s call procedure to get relevant feedback
+ Sum up complains of clients
+ Take corrective actions on short and long term (about suppliers and/or products)
+ Find solutions to avoid troubles’ renewal
Improve Quality Follow up tools
Work closely with operation team to know perfectly how to deal issues on spot
Work closely with sales team to make sure programs are updated
Guide Interviews
PRODUCTION
Improving existing production
+ Promotion of products (Updates on Professional website, Trainings and webinar)
+ Researching and developing new products in Laos
Ensure a real product quality follow up
+ Reviewing products with good potential
+ Promoting good product which is not sold enough
+ Removing unused – without potential - product
