YOUR AIM: STEP INTO THE BUSINESS WORLD AND GAIN PRACTICAL EXPERIENCE You have already gained your first experience by learning the theory, now it is time to put it into practice. If you have a curiosity to work on exciting challenges and projects in international teams, we will happily welcome you on board. Your Internship will last 4-6 months giving you insights into the interesting field of International Sales and Marketing, as well as Project Management. Your tasks will be:

Main Task 1 Blended Learning
 eLearning conceptualization, development and content creation
 Blended learning innovation (e.g. new methods such as VR, market research etc.)
 Department/CI standards for blended learning
 eLearning communication (e.g. consultation for requesting departments, announcements for participants)


Main Task 2 Training Customer Experience
 Marketing & Communication for training activities
 Communication design for internal and promotive activities with Adobe CC
 Communication CI standards


Other Task Support
 Preparation of presentations and reports
 Event organization & support

Required specialized knowledge

General understanding & strong interest of (print) media design and/or blended learning
Advanced skills in Microsoft PowerPoint

Preferred language abilities

Business English required
Japanese conversation skills are preferable to fit into the working environment

Preferred skills

Intermediate skills and experience in Adobe CC products for media design (mainly InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop)
Advanced skills in Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, Excel)
Strong teamwork skills and multicultural competency
Creative skills with new ideas for eLearning and/or media creation (own inputs are warmly welcome!)
Professional work attitude.

Others

The applicant has to be enrolled in a university and remained as a student status during the whole internship period.
