CONSULTANT TRAINEE

JOB SUMMARY:
The consultant works closely with the business to find the best candidates for various job opportunities. The trainees are involved in the recruitment, selection and placement of candidates across all industries and edit, screen and evaluate resumes. They also interview and submit qualified candidates to customers ensuring high quality. The trainee are responsible for fully utilizing recruiting resources (Job Portals, Internet, Internal Database), and must have the ability to take a team-oriented approach on working with consultants and managers, follow all quality procedures and processes as set forth by the branch manager.

JOB DESCRIPTION :
- Recruitment
- Source, screen and interview candidates effectively
- Responsible for thoroughly assessing candidate qualifications, including capabilities, interests, availability, and pay, to effectively match the candidate with customers and orders
- Recruitment coordination including scheduling, room bookings, candidate care and interview feedback
- Supporting branch(es) with posting of job advertisements
- Perform Market Research to support branch(es) with recruitment activity
- Data entry
- Others: Assist BMs and Directors in preparing reports and consolidate productivity figures, administrative duties assigned

Required specialized knowledge

Minimum Education Required: Bachelor and above in Business

Preferred language abilities

BUSINESS LEVEL JAPANESE LANGUAGE MANDATORY (equivalent JLPT level 1/ includes Kanji)

Additional assistance

Added to the base remuneration, interns will also benefit of the following:
Transport Allowance: Full amount of commuter pass will be paid.
