Job Description : Architect
Company Introduction:

The subsidiary - M&P Environmental Consulting - was founded in 2005 and is based in Beijing. M&P provides a wide range of environmental consultancy services and technology advice in the areas of municipal and industrial wastewater treatment, biogas production and site remediation and also other services like green building consulting and water management.

Main Responsibilities
• Provide predesign concept and present ideas based on the objective, requirement and budget of a project, organize conducting of feasibility and environmental impact studies.
• Lead and organize internal as well as external design team for concept design, schematic design, and engineering design, etc.
• Coordinate market investigation, design program drafting, design process coordination, design portfolio quality control and design modification management.
• With basic knowledge combining urban plan, architecture, structure, mechanical and engineer, with strong understanding about property market, design, cost, construction and team work spirit in different majors;
• Review design documents based on national and local regulations.
• Overall coordinate between construction design, landscape design and interior design, work with related departments during position, planning, construction, marketing and sales period.
• Work with cost and procurement departments to identify qualified material, equipment, technique appliance and suppliers.
• Draft design contract and tendering documents and organize tendering to identify qualified subcontractors.
Key Requirements
• Relevant degree qualification in Architecture with minimum bachelor academic degree;
• German native speaker
• Experience of Green building design & planning preferred;
• Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese;
• At least 6 month related working experience;
• Responsible for planning architectural design projects;
• Be familiar with related Chinese regulation & standards;
• Team work spirit and willing to travel;

Required specialized knowledge

• Relevant degree qualification in Architecture with minimum bachelor academic degree;
• Experience of Green building design & planning preferred;

Preferred language abilities

• German native speaker
