Internship at HR Department

We are looking for an enthusiastic and intern that would like to work at an international, professional office furniture manufacturer and supplier firm in Shanghai. Matsu Co Ltd. has been founded in 1996. Matsu has its Headquarters in Shanghai and is also well represented all over the country with offices in Beijing, Guangzhou and Shenzhen.

Principal Responsibilities

1、 Assist the HR Manager to recruit foreign employees

2、 Improve the current compensation and performance management system, focus will be on international employees

3、 Career planning and development international employees

4、 Translation of all kinds of HR related documents to English e.g. Job descriptions etc.

5、 Design and implements Training policies, systems

6、 Promote the companies corporate culture

- Mandarin Chinese is a BIG plus- Fluent English in speaking and written
