The Sales Representative serves as the primary business contact for the client and is responsible for client satisfaction and ensure quality. The Sales Representative develop relationships with clients to encourage new and repeat business opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Responsible for all client communications, conflict resolution, and compliance on client deliverables and revenue.
2. Maintain and develop existing relationship with new and existing clients.
3. Conduct on-site client surveys.
4. Use client and prospect contact activities tools and systems
5. Respond to and follow up sales inquiries using appropriate methods.
6. Record, analyze, report and administer according to systems and requirements.
7. Attend and present at external client meetings and internal meetings with other company functions necessary to perform duties and aid business development.

Demonstrated ability to plan and manage multiple responsibilities; Excellent problem solving skills; Ability to work both independently and with a team to accomplish goals

Ÿ Bachelor’s degree with 1-2 years of working experience in sales desirable
